Raz serves as Laboratory Manager at KolorPen, overseeing daily laboratory operations and supporting the development of the company’s needle-free precision delivery systems. She is responsible for device testing, performance validation, system calibration, and experimental documentation, working closely with the R&D and engineering teams.

With hands-on experience in advanced technological laboratory environments, including service as a spectrometry laboratory technician in the Israeli Air Force, Raz brings strong technical discipline, precision, and operational leadership to KolorPen’s innovation process.
