DR. MARINA LANDAU
Dr. Marina Landau is a senior dermatologist and internationally recognized expert in skin rejuvenation treatments. She graduated from Ben Gurion University’s Faculty of Medicine, completed her dermatology residency at Sourasky Medical Center (Ichilov Hospital) in Tel Aviv, and served as a physician in the IDF Medical Corps. She also received advanced training in the USA and Canada.
Dr. Landau was the founding President of the International Peeling Society, former President of the Israeli Society for Dermatologic Surgery, and is a member of both the American and European Academy of Dermatology. She is widely regarded as a global leader in aesthetic dermatology.
Raz Edri
Raz serves as Laboratory Manager at KolorPen, overseeing daily laboratory operations and supporting the development of the company’s needle-free precision delivery systems. She is responsible for device testing, performance validation, system calibration, and experimental documentation, working closely with the R&D and engineering teams.
With hands-on experience in advanced technological laboratory environments, including service as a spectrometry laboratory technician in the Israeli Air Force, Raz brings strong technical discipline, precision, and operational leadership to KolorPen’s innovation process.
Adv. Shir Landau-Blum, MBA, LLB, BA
An entrepreneur with extensive experience in investments, legal frameworks, and operational management across both high-tech and low-tech industries, bringing a practical understanding of building and scaling companies from early stages through growth. Skilled in managing complex operations with a hands-on approach, establishing and guiding start-up ventures toward market fit and revenue, and leading business development activities that create meaningful partnerships and new revenue channels. Experienced in venture capital, working closely with founders and investors to secure funding and structure deals that support long-term value creation. Provides clear and effective corporate and legal advice that aligns with business strategy while ensuring compliance and risk management.
Mr. Iraj Rezaian
Mr. Iraj Rezaian is a dynamic leader with extensive experience in managing high-tech businesses and expanding operations in global markets, particularly in Europe. He is known for his hands-on, results-driven approach that has been instrumental in driving growth and fostering collaborations. In his role as Director of European Operations, Iraj oversees business activities, drives regional expansion and success, and fosters collaborations and partnerships to achieve company objectives.
Reuven Gamliel
Reuven Gamliel, B.Sc
Mr. Gamliel is the Chairman and Founder of KolorPen Ltd. He has over 35 years of experience in the high-tech industry, including product development, marketing, and strategic partnerships. He has also acquired knowledge and experience in the field of cosmetics and medical aesthetics. He used his scientific knowledge to develop the KolorPpen needle-free micro-droplet injection system.
Mr. Gamliel was the founder, chairman, and president of Gambit Computer Communications Ltd. Under his leadership, Gambit went public on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.
Mr. Gamliel holds a bachelor’s degree in computer and electronic engineering from the Technion in Haifa, Israel.
Mr. Meir Yaniv
Mr. Meir Yaniv brings more than 40 years of industry experience, deep expertise and knowledge and executive management experience in building businesses in US, Europe, Asia Pacific and Israel. Meir currently acts as a business development advisor to start-up companies in Israel and abroad.
With a strong technical background and an entrepreneurship impetus, Meir founded and managed several companies and was involved in their worldwide development. In the latter part of Meir career, he was responsible, as a C level executive, for building global sales and support networks for US companies and established and managed subsidiaries in the major Europe and Asia Pacific markets. Currently, Meir is active and serves on the Board of Directors of several companies that have developed medical and cosmetics related products. Meir holds a BSc and MSc in Sciences from the Technion in Haifa.
Dr. Yitzhak Weissman

Dr. Weissman educated as a physicist and obtained his Ph.D Degree from Tel Aviv University (Israel) in 1980. Dr. Weissman scientific career lasted for about 30 years and was devoted to research in quantum mechanics and optics. During this period Dr. Weissman published over 30 papers in the scientific literature and a scientific books. Dr. Weissman scientific activity gave way to technological R&D, and his publications were replaced by patents. Dr. Weissman skills include creativity and initiative, Innovations, excellent capability in fast and efficient proof of concept and feasibility study, ability to analyze and design complex interdisciplinary systems.

Eido Safrai is an experienced technology executive and entrepreneur with over 20 years of leadership across startups and global enterprises. He served as an Engineering Manager at Meta, where he led authentication services supporting more than 2 billion monthly active users across Facebook and Instagram. Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership roles including VP R&D and Co-Founder & CTO, building and scaling high impact products and complex cloud native platforms. Eido brings deep expertise in AI driven systems, LLMs, large scale distributed architectures and cybersecurity, combining strong technical vision with hands on execution. He holds a B.Sc. with honors and an M.Sc. in Computer Science.
