Cellulite Treatment

Cellulite is the name for collections of fat that push against the connective tissue beneath the skin. It often appears on thighs, stomach, and buttocks. Cellulite makes the surface of the skin look lumpy and puckered or appear dimpled.

Cellulite forms when fibrous bands connecting your skin to the underlying muscle tighten irregularly. This tightening pulls down on your skin, and the normal layer of fat beneath the skin pushes upward. The result is a puckering appearance to the skin.

To treat cellulite, one needs to address three phenomena:

  1. Shortening of connective tissue
  2. Expansion of fat cells
  3. Reduction In Collagen concentration in the dermis

For septa rupture one needs temperature in the range of 60-70 deg cel.

For fat destruction one needs a temperature in the range of 50-60 deg cel.

For Collagen regeneration one needs temperature in the range of 45-50 deg cel.

The KolorPen Cellulite treatment pen has different containers, thermally isolated one from the other, that treat each phenomenon separately
